Boys here are top notch, picked myself up a lovely new toy much to the mrs dismay. Quick, efficient and helped us through the whole process of buying a new car. Thank you to Alex for all his help and patience with our purchase of a new car. Nothing was too much hassle and he listened to us. He sat with me and went through service history together and made sure the minor defects we noticed on vehicle were rectified. Car was beautifully detailed and serviced. Everyone at mad man were friendly and non pushy. Alec was super helpful on the phone every time we called. Robbie was very transparent and professional. I recently had a great experience buying a car for my daughter. Mick handled the sale of our Jeep and the process was seamless. He put us both at ease and walked us through all the cars history, the process of purchasing and went over & above for us. In fairness to these guys my expectations were low, ( sorry your competitors let your industry down ), but Mick and the company proved to me that there are some great , honest, car dealers out there. Additionally, as a business owner myself, I was impressed that the owner himself called me after I enquired online, and during the process I also met his son Rob. Nice personal touch guys.
